Fan Merchandise Policy

Potionomics was a huge labour of love for us and it makes us so grateful to see it inspire other people’s artwork! However, we do ask you to comply with the following guidelines when it comes to making and specifically selling fan merchandise.

1. You may create and sell original, handmade items inspired by Potionomics in limited quantities of 100 units or fewer. Mass production or broad distribution is not permitted without express written permission.

2. Do not use our company names, game titles, or logos (e.g., "Voracious Games" or specific game titles like "Potionomics") in a way that suggests official association, or on your merchandise.

3. Do not use any official Potionomics art or assets from the game.

4. Your items cannot be significantly similar to official Potionomics items offered by Voracious Games or any of our authorized partners.

5. Sales of these items must be direct-to-consumer (on your personal website, at conventions, etc.)

6. You are not allowed to sell these limited quantity items on large online marketplaces that mass-produce items (like Redbubble and other “print on demand”-type sites).

7. This policy does not give an official license to private businesses to sell/distribute Potionomics merchandise of any kind. This includes any future intellectual properties from Voracious Games.

8. We reserve the right to request the removal of fan merchandise from sale for any reason.

9. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of our intellectual property for fan content means you accept any posted changes to these terms.
